Hello All
I am working with my employer and other LGBT people at work to develop a set of employment policies to make sure transgendered people are supported properly by us.
This is a bit of a new area of work for me and I am presently at the stage of gathering information about how other people went about achieving a similar aim - I'm also no way proud enought to turn down free copies of existing policies!
Any help or advice for a 'Country' colleague would be most welcome!
